The Team



Heather has been coaching the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method since 2012. She has helped hundreds of people improve their health. Her favorite dieter question: “Do I get to stay like this?” Yes. You do! Heather is a graduate of the BodyMind Academy Fitness and Nutrition Consultant program. She has a passion for food and fitness, and a strong desire to help people look and feel their best.

Her coaching methods help people solve daily dilemmas and turn old thought patterns into healthy habits. Heather is a Yoga instructor and holds a BA in English from the University of Utah. She spent her early career life teaching English, Journalism and Creative Writing.



Debbie has been passionate about and active in the health and fitness field for over two decades. In addition to her experience as an Ideal Protein coach, she is a certified Health and Wellness Coach with Wellcoaches School of Coaching, where she learned to use positive psychology methods to guide clients to find the very best within themselves.

Debbie is also a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, and can bring exercise expertise to her clients wherever they are in their wellness journey. Debbie’s clients have described her as eternally positive, approachable, caring and a good listener. She has an MBA from DePaul University, and three active kids who keep her motivated to always be a healthy role model.

The Protocol

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
